16-year old Maitri Panchal wondered why young people couldn’t find real work opportunities. Opportunities which helped them gain new skills.
What’s available? Who’s good to work for? And who’s not? She teamed up with Sherry Coutu and Founders4Schools ... and Workfinder was born.
Since we launched in 2018, we’ve developed our platform, helped thousands of companies and young people – and stayed true to our mission.

Workfinder places fairness at the heart of our AI technology. Detailed data processes and techniques in our technology ensure all young people have an opportunity to secure meaningful work placements.
The Workfinder team has signed up to the Ethical Use of AI code, and our independent advisors help us stay true to it.
